AIDOLVERSE TERMS OF SERVICE

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 September 2026

1. About Aidolverse and these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aidolverse, including the Aidolverse website, web application, accounts, profiles, subscriptions, content features and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is provided by:

Aidolverse LLC
30 N Gould St, STE R
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

For legal communications: legal@aidolverse.com
For general support:
support@aidolverse.com
For appeals relating to moderation decisions:
appeals@aidolverse.com

By creating an account, expressly accepting these Terms where requested, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Aidolverse records the version, language and time of acceptance of these Terms where acceptance is required.

If you use Aidolverse as a Creator, the Creator Agreement also applies. If these Terms and the Creator Agreement conflict with respect to an activity performed specifically as a Creator, the Creator Agreement prevails for that activity.

The following documents also form part of the legal framework governing the Service:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Creator Agreement, where applicable;
  • Content & Community Guidelines;
  • Sensitive Content Policy;
  • Refund, Cancellation & EU Withdrawal Policy;
  • Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy;
  • DSA & Legal Information.

2. The Service

Aidolverse is an online platform centered on virtual identities and characters known as “Aidols”.

Aidols may be created using artificial intelligence, digital creation tools, human creative input or combinations of those methods.

Aidolverse includes both Aidols operated directly by Aidolverse and Aidols created and operated by independent Creators.

The presence of an Aidol, Creator or piece of content on Aidolverse does not mean that Aidolverse created, owns, endorses or independently verified every statement or item of content associated with it.

3. Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to create an Aidolverse account.

You must provide your date of birth during registration or before gaining full access to the Service. The date of birth provided to Aidolverse is treated as your declaration of age and may not be freely changed after registration.

Users aged 16 or 17 may use ordinary non-sensitive areas of Aidolverse, but may not:

  • purchase subscriptions;
  • become Creators;
  • monetize Aidols;
  • create paid subscription tiers;
  • receive Creator payments; or
  • enable or access Sensitive Content.

You must therefore be at least 18 years old to perform any of those activities.

Age eligibility is enforced by Aidolverse on its systems and is not limited to interface restrictions.

Aidolverse may request additional evidence where it reasonably suspects that age information is inaccurate, fraudulent or being used to circumvent age restrictions.

Payment providers may conduct their own identity and eligibility verification independently of Aidolverse.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or maintaining your account.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your login credentials;
  • activity performed through your account;
  • keeping your email address accessible and current; and
  • notifying Aidolverse promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, transfer, rent or assign your account to another person without Aidolverse’s prior authorization.

Aidolverse may require email verification or other reasonable security measures before allowing access to certain functionality.

5. User roles

A user may use Aidolverse as a viewer, subscriber or Creator, subject to the eligibility requirements applicable to each role.

A Creator may be an individual or an entity where permitted by Aidolverse and the applicable payment provider.

Becoming a Creator requires acceptance of the current Creator Agreement.

6. What may be purchased on Aidolverse

Aidolverse currently provides only recurring subscriptions. There are three categories:

Aidol subscriptions.
A user subscribes to a specific Aidol and receives access to the content or benefits included in the selected tier.

Aidolverse Premium or VIP.
A user subscribes directly to a platform plan offered by Aidolverse and obtains the corresponding platform benefits or access to eligible Aidolverse-operated content.

Creator Pro or Elite.
A Creator subscribes to a professional plan providing Creator-specific functionality and commercial conditions.

Aidolverse does not currently sell individual photographs or videos, paid private messages, tips, donations, standalone downloads, pay-per-view content or custom paid requests.

Aidolverse may introduce new products in the future, but these Terms do not describe a product as currently available unless it is actually offered through the Service.

7. Aidolverse is the seller

When a user purchases an Aidol subscription or an Aidolverse Premium/VIP subscription, the contract for the paid service is between the user and Aidolverse LLC.

Aidolverse is the seller and payment recipient in relation to the subscriber.

The Creator associated with an Aidol is not the seller to the subscriber and does not directly collect the subscription price from the subscriber.

A Creator may become entitled to a contractual Creator Share from Aidolverse under the Creator Agreement, but that entitlement does not make the Creator the seller of the subscription.

8. Prices

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Before confirming a purchase, the checkout will display the price and recurring billing conditions applicable to that transaction.

Where a discount, promotional code, free introductory period or other promotion applies, the checkout must show the actual economic conditions applicable to that subscription, including where relevant:

  • the amount payable at checkout;
  • the discounted or free period;
  • the duration of the promotion;
  • the recurring price that applies after the promotion; and
  • the billing frequency.

If a temporary promotion ends and the subscription then begins charging the previously disclosed standard price, that charge is made under the conditions accepted at the original checkout and does not require a new purchase solely because the promotional period ended.

9. Recurring subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly.

Annual subscriptions renew annually where an annual option is offered.

For subscriptions to an Aidol, the Creator must offer a monthly option and may also offer an annual option. Aidolverse Premium/VIP and paid Creator plans may be available with both monthly and annual billing.

The applicable price, duration and renewal conditions are shown before purchase.

10. Payment authorization

By confirming a paid subscription, you authorize Aidolverse and its payment provider to charge the payment method selected by you for:

  • the initial amount shown at checkout;
  • recurring subscription charges;
  • disclosed charges becoming due after a promotional period; and
  • any expressly approved prorated amount resulting from an immediate upgrade.

If payment fails, access to paid functionality may be restricted, suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable subscription rules.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Aidolverse may issue promotional codes or grant free or discounted periods.

Promotions may be:

  • limited to particular users;
  • limited in duration;
  • limited to specific plans;
  • subject to eligibility conditions; or
  • withdrawn from future use where permitted by their terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotional discount does not permanently change the standard price of the underlying subscription.

Where a promotion is temporary, the checkout will disclose the price that will apply when the promotional period ends.

12. Ordinary cancellation

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the Service without contacting customer support.

Ordinary cancellation:

  • prevents future renewal;
  • normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
  • allows continued access until that period ends; and
  • does not ordinarily result in a refund of the unused portion of that billing period.

Where the Service allows a scheduled cancellation to be revoked before the end of the billing period, you may do so through your account.

Ordinary cancellation is legally and functionally separate from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

13. Upgrades and downgrades

An upgrade or downgrade is treated as a modification of the existing subscription relationship rather than the creation of an unrelated subscription.

Where a change increases the applicable service or price and is configured to take effect immediately, any prorated charge is displayed before confirmation.

If the required immediate payment fails, the immediate upgrade does not take effect.

A downgrade or another change scheduled for the end of the existing billing period takes effect at that time.

A normal upgrade or downgrade of the same continuing subscription does not, by itself, restart the original 14-day consumer withdrawal period, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Consumer right of withdrawal in the European Union and EEA

If you enter into an eligible subscription as a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory rules. Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU establishes that period for distance service contracts.

Where you ask Aidolverse to begin providing the subscription immediately during the withdrawal period, the Service may begin before the 14 days have expired.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal after performance has begun at your express request, Aidolverse may retain the proportionate amount corresponding to the service supplied before withdrawal where applicable law permits it.

The remaining amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund, Cancellation & EU Withdrawal Policy.

Aidolverse provides an online Right of withdrawal function for eligible subscriptions during the applicable period.

The function is separate from ordinary cancellation.

A valid online withdrawal request:

  • does not require a reason;
  • is recorded with the date and time received;
  • ends access in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules;
  • triggers the applicable proportional refund; and
  • is confirmed to the user by email.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Creator Pro and Elite plans are professional subscriptions

Creator Pro and Elite are intended to be purchased for purposes connected with the Creator’s professional Creator activity.

Before a paid Creator plan may be purchased, the Creator must expressly declare that the plan is being subscribed to for professional purposes and not primarily for personal use.

That declaration is recorded separately from the pricing information.

The professional-purpose declaration does not contain the subscription price.

The applicable price, including any discount or promotional period, is shown separately in the checkout.

Where the Creator actually contracts for professional purposes, consumer protections that apply only to consumer contracts, including the statutory consumer withdrawal regime, do not apply to that professional transaction.

Nothing in these Terms attempts to override a legal status or mandatory protection that applicable law determines cannot be waived merely by contractual wording.

16. User Content

“User Content” means any material uploaded, posted, submitted or otherwise made available through the Service by a user or Creator, including text, images, video, audio and other media.

You are responsible for User Content you provide.

You must have all rights, licences, permissions and authorizations required to use that User Content on Aidolverse.

The fact that content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence does not by itself establish that you own every right necessary to publish or commercialize it.

17. Rights in User Content

As between you and Aidolverse, you retain the intellectual property and other rights that you validly own or control in your User Content.

Aidolverse does not guarantee:

  • that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection;
  • that a particular AI tool grants you exclusive rights;
  • or that uploading content gives you rights you did not otherwise possess.

You remain responsible for third-party rights incorporated into your content.

18. Service Licence

By making User Content available through Aidolverse, you grant Aidolverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.

This includes the ability to:

  • host and store content;
  • reproduce it technically;
  • display and transmit it;
  • resize, encode, transcode or format it;
  • generate thumbnails or previews;
  • enforce subscription access controls;
  • moderate content;
  • maintain security and backups; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

This licence does not, by itself, authorize Aidolverse to use your content for unrelated external promotion.

The Service Licence ends when the relevant content is deleted or the applicable relationship ends, except where limited copies or records must temporarily remain for technical, evidentiary, regulatory, accounting or legal reasons.

19. Optional Promotional Licence

Promotional use of eligible public User Content is OFF by default.

If you voluntarily enable promotional use in your settings, you grant Aidolverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use eligible public Aidols and public User Content to promote Aidolverse through channels such as Aidolverse-owned websites, social media, newsletters, press material and advertising.

Your choice is recorded.

You may revoke the Promotional Licence prospectively by disabling the option.

Revocation prevents new promotional uses after it takes effect.

It does not necessarily require Aidolverse to recall, remove or destroy promotional material that was lawfully created or distributed before revocation where recall is not reasonably practicable.

The Promotional Licence is separate from the Service Licence.

20. Real persons and identity rights

Aidolverse is designed around virtual identities.

Where an Aidol depicts, resembles or materially uses the identity of a real person, the Creator must truthfully declare whether:

  • the Aidol does not depict a real person;
  • the Aidol depicts or resembles the Creator; or
  • the Aidol depicts or resembles another real person for whom the Creator holds documented authorization.

Where third-party authorization is required, the Creator is responsible for obtaining and retaining it.

Aidolverse may request evidence of authorization where reasonably necessary, including after a complaint or legal notice.

A Creator may be required to reconfirm the declaration when material identifying images of an Aidol are changed.

21. Deepfakes, impersonation and synthetic identity misuse

Without valid authorization, you may not use Aidolverse to create or distribute:

  • deceptive deepfakes of real persons;
  • unauthorized face swaps;
  • impersonations;
  • unauthorized use of a real person’s likeness;
  • unauthorized voice clones; or
  • synthetic material falsely presented in a way that unlawfully attributes conduct or statements to a real person.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the underlying media was generated by artificial intelligence.

A transparency label does not cure the absence of required authorization.

The underlying rules on real-person authorization and prohibited deepfakes are part of the product framework.

22. AI and transparency labels

Aidolverse may display labels or disclosures identifying an Aidol or content as artificial, virtual, synthetic, AI-generated or resembling a real person.

Where Aidolverse requires a transparency label, users may not remove, circumvent or intentionally misrepresent it.

Aidolverse may update transparency practices to comply with applicable legal obligations.

23. Sensitive Content

Certain non-explicit content may be classified as Sensitive Content.

Sensitive Content is:

  • restricted to users aged 18 or over;
  • hidden by default; and
  • available only after an eligible adult user affirmatively enables access.

Users aged 16 or 17 cannot enable or retrieve Sensitive Content.

Examples of material that may fall within the Sensitive category are defined in the separate Sensitive Content Policy.

Sensitive classification does not make prohibited content permissible.

24. Prohibited sexual content

Aidolverse does not permit pornography or explicit sexual content.

Content prohibited regardless of Sensitive classification includes the categories defined in the Content & Community Guidelines and Sensitive Content Policy, including sexual content involving or sexualizing minors or virtual characters who appear to be minors.

The current content framework permits certain non-explicit suggestive material while prohibiting explicit sexual categories.

25. External adult-platform links

At launch, Aidolverse does not permit links whose destination or primary purpose is an external adult-content platform or adult-content service.

Creators may not circumvent this restriction through redirects, link aggregators, coded references or other mechanisms intended to achieve substantially the same result.

Links to ordinary external services such as social networks, streaming platforms or music services remain subject to the Content & Community Guidelines.

26. General prohibited conduct

You may not use Aidolverse to engage in or facilitate:

  • unlawful content or conduct;
  • exploitation or sexualization of minors;
  • sexualization of virtual characters reasonably appearing to be minors;
  • unlawful impersonation;
  • unauthorized deepfakes or voice cloning;
  • copyright or trademark infringement;
  • unlawful harassment or threats;
  • hateful conduct;
  • prohibited graphic violence;
  • promotion of self-harm where prohibited by our policies;
  • fraud or deceptive schemes;
  • spam;
  • malicious software;
  • attempts to evade moderation or age restrictions;
  • unauthorized access to Aidolverse systems;
  • manipulation or abuse of technical interfaces; or
  • other conduct prohibited by the Content & Community Guidelines.

27. Moderation

Aidolverse may use automated systems, human review or both to detect and address content or conduct that may violate:

  • these Terms;
  • the Content & Community Guidelines;
  • another Aidolverse policy; or
  • applicable law.

Possible measures include:

  • refusal to publish content;
  • classification as Sensitive;
  • reduction or restriction of visibility;
  • removal or disabling of content;
  • restriction of functionality;
  • suspension; or
  • termination.

Where applicable, Aidolverse provides the affected user with the essential reason for the moderation decision and information on how it may be challenged.

The platform’s content framework expressly contemplates automated moderation with human review for exceptions and appeals.

28. Appeals

Where a moderation decision may be challenged, the user may contact:

appeals@aidolverse.com

Appeals are reviewed by a person.

Aidolverse may:

  • uphold the decision;
  • partially reverse it; or
  • fully reverse it.

The appeal, its outcome, relevant reasoning and communication of the outcome may be recorded and retained in accordance with applicable retention rules.

Where a decision is reversed, restoration of the affected content or functionality may require a separate operational action.

29. Illegal-content notices

Aidolverse provides a specific electronic mechanism through which a person may notify Aidolverse of content believed to be illegal.

An Aidolverse account is not required to submit such a notice.

The notice mechanism may collect information necessary to:

  • identify the content;
  • identify its location;
  • explain why it is alleged to be illegal;
  • contact the notifier where required; and
  • obtain the declarations required by the notice process.

Where contact details are provided and applicable law requires it, Aidolverse will acknowledge receipt and communicate the outcome of the notice.

This mechanism is separate from ordinary content reporting and from moderation appeals.

30. Copyright infringement and DMCA notices

Aidolverse respects intellectual property rights.

Copyright complaints are governed by the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

For notices submitted under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Aidolverse has designated the following agent:

Copyright Agent, Aidolverse LLC
30 N Gould St, STE R
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

Telephone: +1 307 381 5193
Email:
legal@aidolverse.com

This contact is for copyright and DMCA notices and should not be used for ordinary customer-support requests.

The DMCA rules require the designated agent’s physical mail address, telephone number and email address to be publicly available and maintained accurately.

31. Suspension and termination by Aidolverse

Aidolverse may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or Service access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • serious or repeated policy violations;
  • illegal activity;
  • fraud;
  • payment abuse;
  • security threats;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • attempts to evade restrictions;
  • legal requirements; or
  • another material breach of these Terms.

Where applicable law requires reasons or notice, Aidolverse will provide them.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

32. Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their Aidolverse account using the functionality provided by the Service.

Aidolverse deletes, pseudonymizes or retains information according to the nature of the data and the applicable legal basis and retention period.

Certain records may survive account deletion where reasonably required for:

  • accounting or tax obligations;
  • contractual evidence;
  • refunds or payment disputes;
  • moderation evidence;
  • legal notices;
  • litigation or legal hold;
  • compliance with applicable law.

The Privacy Policy provides more detail.

33. Creator payment accounts after deletion

A Creator may have a connected payment account maintained by a third-party payment provider.

The inability to close that external account immediately does not allow Aidolverse to keep the Creator’s ordinary Aidolverse account data indefinitely solely because the payment-provider account still contains a balance.

Aidolverse may retain only the limited information necessary to complete outstanding payment-account closure or other lawful obligations.

The Creator Agreement contains the more specific rules applicable to Creator balances and payment accounts.

34. Third-party services

Aidolverse uses third-party services to provide parts of the Service, including payment processing, hosting, email delivery and technical infrastructure.

Those providers may impose their own terms.

Aidolverse is not responsible for acts or services of third parties outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

35. Service availability

Aidolverse may modify, maintain, update, suspend or discontinue functionality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Where a material change directly affects an active paid subscription, Aidolverse will provide the information or remedies required by applicable law.

36. Changes to these Terms

Aidolverse may update these Terms to reflect:

  • changes to the Service;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • security requirements;
  • new functionality; or
  • changes to our business operations.

Each version will identify its effective date or version identifier.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Aidolverse may provide notice and require acceptance of the new version before continued use of relevant functionality.

Historical acceptance records may be retained for evidentiary purposes.

37. Intellectual property belonging to Aidolverse

The Service itself, including Aidolverse branding, logos, software, layout, databases, interface elements and original materials provided by Aidolverse, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative uses of Aidolverse-owned materials.

These restrictions do not apply to User Content merely because that User Content is displayed through Aidolverse.

38. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aidolverse is provided on an “as available” basis.

Aidolverse does not guarantee that:

  • every item of User Content is lawful, accurate or non-infringing;
  • every service function will be uninterrupted;
  • third-party services will always remain available; or
  • User Content will remain stored indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit Aidolverse to exclude.

39. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aidolverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

For a user acting for business or professional purposes, Aidolverse’s aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the total amount that user paid directly to Aidolverse during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law, including in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

40. Responsibility for unlawful User Content

You remain responsible for the content and information you submit.

If you act for professional or business purposes, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses or claims directly resulting from:

  • User Content you had no right to publish;
  • an authorization or warranty you provided falsely;
  • infringement of third-party rights attributable to your conduct; or
  • a material breach of obligations specifically assumed under the Creator Agreement.

More detailed Creator warranties and indemnity provisions appear in the Creator Agreement.

41. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

However, if you qualify as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections afforded by the law that would otherwise apply to you and which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Where legally possible, the affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

43. No waiver

A failure or delay by Aidolverse in enforcing a provision does not waive Aidolverse’s right to enforce it later.

44. Assignment

You may not assign your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without Aidolverse’s prior written consent.

Aidolverse may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization or transfer of substantially all relevant business assets, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot be restricted.

45. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the contractual framework governing your use of Aidolverse.

For Creators, this framework additionally includes the Creator Agreement.
